2. Eligibility for Refunds

A refund request is eligible if:

• The request is made within 30 days of the service invoice date
• The services have not been fully completed or delivered
• The delivered service does not meet the agreed specifications
• Services are unavailable due to technical issues on our part

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following are generally non-refundable:

• Completed and accepted services
• Services paid for more than 30 days ago
• Refund requests initiated due to client dissatisfaction with project scope changes requested by the client
• Support services exceeding the included support hours
• Third-party tools, licenses, or hosting fees

4. Refund Process

Step 1: Submit a refund request via email or Telegram with detailed explanation

Step 2: Our team will review your request within 5-7 business days

Step 3: If approved, we will process the refund within 10-15 business days

Step 4: The refund will be credited to the original payment method

5. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be considered if:

• Work has been partially completed but does not meet specifications
• Services were disrupted by circumstances beyond our control
• Client requests scope reduction after work has commenced

The partial refund amount will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed and the issues identified.

6. Refund for Service Failures

If we fail to deliver services as promised due to our negligence or technical failure, you are eligible for a full refund.

7. Payment Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 10-15 business days after approval. However, depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear in your account.

8. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with a refund decision, you may:

• Request a detailed explanation of the decision
• Submit additional documentation supporting your claim
• Request arbitration through our dispute resolution process

9. Changes to Projects After Commencement

If you request significant changes to project scope after work has commenced:

• A new quote will be provided for the revised scope
• Additional costs may apply
• Refunds for services already rendered will not be issued

10. Cancellation Policy

Before Work Commences: Full refund (minus any setup fees)

During Initial Planning (0-15% Complete): 80% refund

Midway Through Project (15-50% Complete): 50% refund

Near Completion (50%+ Complete): No refund, but project completion discount may apply
