Delivery Method: Digital services are delivered via email, cloud storage links, or your project dashboard. No physical shipping is required.
3. Physical Materials Shipping
For projects requiring physical deliverables (documentation, hardware, certificates, etc.):

- Shipping timeline starts after project completion and payment clearance

4. Packaging and Handling
All physical items are packaged securely using professional packaging materials to ensure safe delivery. Items are handled with care and insured during transit.

5. Damage During Shipping

Not Eligible for Exchange:
- Items received more than 30 days ago
- Items showing signs of use or damage
- Items damaged due to client negligence
